I am a dedicated and compassionate counsellor with over 12 years of experience. I am a person-centred therapist working dynamically to bring all aspects of my training and experience to my practice. I believe that every individual has the capacity to grow and heal, and I strive to empower my clients to discover their own inner strengths and resources.
I believe therapy is about creating space – the space to unpack and really look at what is happening for us. My intention is to create a safe and collaborative space for you to do that and walk alongside you as you work through what you find.
I have been working with adolescents in a school setting for 12 years alongside working with both adults and young people in my private practice. I am passionate about diversity and recognise each client for the individuality and difference they bring.

Explore the roots of anxiety or depression and develop effective strategies to manage symptoms, whether they are recent or long-standing.

Examine relational patterns in your family, romantic, or social life, and work towards building more satisfying and healthy connections.

A safe space to process traumatic experiences, from childhood or more recently, helping to integrate wounds that may be impacting your life.

Tailored support for individuals navigating ADHD, Autism, dyslexia, or other neurodevelopmental differences, focusing on managing challenges and leveraging strengths.

Work through inner blocks and self-doubt to reconnect with your inspiration, fostering greater freedom and meaning in your creative endeavors.

Guidance and support as you explore your gender identity, sexual orientation, or navigate other significant life changes, helping you understand and embrace yourself.

Engage with deeper parts of your psyche through methods like dream analysis and active imagination, fostering a greater sense of meaning and purpose.

Develop tools to manage life's pressures, prevent or treat burnout, and regain balance and perspective when things feel unbearable.

Identify and work through self-sabotaging behaviors, addictive tendencies, or other destructive patterns to foster improved well-being.
Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all solution; it is a deeply personal process that recognises the uniqueness of your experiences and inner world. The foundation of effective therapy lies in a genuine, collaborative relationship rooted in trust and emotional connection. As a psychotherapist, my role is to provide a safe and compassionate space where we can explore the patterns, emotions, and unconscious processes that shape your life.
The pain and suffering we encounter often lead us to develop protective strategies to feel safe. While these defences serve a purpose, they can also distance us from our deeper feelings, needs, and authentic selves, eventually showing up as "symptoms" like anxiety, depression, relational struggles, disconnection, or a loss of direction.
These symptoms are not random; they carry meaning, signalling that something within needs attention. Therapy offers a space to explore these experiences with care, uncover hidden parts of yourself, and foster a sense of wholeness. It’s not just about easing distress, it’s about rediscovering who you are and creating a life path that feels true to you.

Firstly, we can have a 15-20 min chat over the phone, or on Zoom, to see if I may be a good fit for you. This is free of charge and a good opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have and to talk a little about what brings you to counselling. We can then discuss together if weekly counselling sessions would be the way forward for you.
I always aim to reply to messages within 2 working days so if you haven't heard from me please check your junk folder.
